“We took delivery of Isla, a three month old black and white bearded collie in October last year and asked Jen to help us train her so that she would be a more responsive but fun member of our household. After 10 sessions Jen really helped us bond with our new dog, and understand how to make the most of having her in our home. Not only did we manage to successfully house train her over this period, but we were able to interact with her very successfully using simple techniques and training which really helped us to understand our dog better. There is no doubt that Jen really helped us to make the most of this early period of Isla’s life and provide us with really useful but simple instructions to keep both the dog and ourselves happy!”
